Samantha Hixson

Samantha works closely with the SSU Cluster’s delivery team to offer comprehensive administration support. Samantha is a member of BIC’s QMS team and is a qualified internal auditor.

Samantha previously worked for Rockwell Automation providing administration and onsite customer service support. Working closely with the manager, team leader and delivery manager to ensure alignment with customer objectives, goals and KPIs, whilst managing real time reports. Samantha has an abundance of problem-solving experience, from her years of working within a fast-paced role.
